-- Paul Latham has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, Live Nation International Music. Mr. Latham was most recently President of UK Operations. In his new role Paul will oversee all international operations, working to establish best practices in the execution of the more than 4,000 international concerts Live Nation promotes each year. He will also continue to manage the UK operation. -- Phil Bowdery has been promoted to the position of President of Touring, Live Nation International Music. Mr. Bowdery previously served as Executive Vice President of Touring. Phil will oversee the acquisition and execution of international tours. -- Shane Bourbonnais has been promoted to the newly created position of President of Talent, Live Nation International Music. Mr. Bourbonnais has served as President of Live Nation Canada and most recently created the acclaimed Pemberton Music Festival in Canada. In his new role he will be responsible for the coordination of international talent buying, working with his counterpart in North America Music and establishing buying efficiencies across the Live Nation international platform.
All three executives will report to Mr. Ridgeway and will be based in Live Nation’s London offices. Thomas Johansson remains Chairman of International Music.
