Lovebox are delighted to announce they are teaming up with collective Pxssy Palace to launch The Sanctuary, an educational, nurturing calming environment for women and LGBTQIA+ to escape and relax, at this year’s festival.
The Sanctuary will feature workshops on demystifying consent, gender and sexuality, as well as teaching tools on self-love. Shadow Sxsters will be teaching a self-defence class and the space will have a community library, charging station, tea, cucumber water, and massages.
Pxssy Palace and Lovebox hope the sanctuary will provide a means of support for women and LGBTQIA+ at the festival, along with spreading awareness on the issues relating to harassment and assault at festivals.
