Live Nation GSA today announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Goodlive GmbH, the festival, booking and services agency headquartered in Berlin. The acquisition was made from Paragon Partners and Goodlive’s founders.
Goodlive GmbH is renowned for its holistic and distinctive event experiences such as Splash Festival in Ferropolis or Superbloom Festival (pictured) in Munich. The strength of Goodlive GmbH’s brands, alongside the quality of the tour booking, festival production and service teams, will enrich Live Nation’s existing portfolio offering ideal opportunities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Goodlive and its management will continue to focus on their brands while working with the Live Nation teams to develop festival and live experiences in partnership.
