Live Nation Names Scott Fedewa as Senior Vice President and Executive Producer of Interactive Platforms

LOS ANGELES, Jan 23, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ — Live Nation (NYSE: LYV), a leading live content and distribution company, today announced that Scott Fedewa has joined the Company as its new Senior Vice President & Executive Producer for Interactive Platforms.

Based in the Beverly Hills office and reporting to Bryan Perez, President – Interactive, Fedewa is responsible for the creative development, strategy, build-out and operations of the new LiveNation.com site, as well as new initiatives into mobile and other new media platforms.

Scott is an experienced interactive entertainment executive and will be a key member of the team in leading our efforts to provide our customers with ground-breaking online experiences,” says Perez.

A pioneer in interactive entertainment, Fedewa has been building innovative online entertainment businesses for over 10 years. He has worked with top television clients including Bill O’Reilly, Larry King, and Trollz.com, as well as founded the pioneering online music community, Musicosm.com. He is also a former record label executive. His new book “Internet Riches – An Entrepreneur’s Guide to E-commerce” is being published by the American Management Association this spring. He is also widely recognized for having written the first published scholarly legal article predicting the impact of the Internet on the music business in 1994.

He is a Member of both the Recording Academy and the Television Academy, where he serves as a Judge for the Emmy Awards in Interactive Television. Fedewa received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A. from The University of Michigan.
