Vineland Festival to be Produced by Live Nation Company Festival Republic and C3 Presents

The Vineland Music Festival will be a weekend of pure unadulterated rock and roll pleasure; with the signature stamp of the combined strengths of Reading and Leeds, Austin City Limits and Lollapalooza. The line up is expected to include a mix of the greatest bands in the world performing energy charged sets; new rising stars and the freshest acts hitting the stages before the press have had a sniff of them. All told, more than 100 bands are expected to perform in a lush, green, campground setting.

Michael Rapino, Chief Executive Officer of Live Nation commented, “As the leading festival producer in the UK and Europe we are pleased to be able to bring our expertise in staging multi-day events to this new venture with our partners at Festival Republic.”

Melvin Benn, Managing Director of Festival Republic commented, “I appreciate the support of Live Nation which has enabled us to break new ground with our first festival in the United States. Vineland will be an electrifying event which we expect will be a huge hit with music fans throughout the Northeast and other cities around the world.”

C3 Partner, Charles Attal commented, “It is a huge opportunity for C3 to work with Melvin and Live Nation to create a unique festival experience in the Northeast.”

Festival Republic, formerly known as Mean Fiddler, was acquired in 2005 by LN Gaiety Holdings which Live Nation controls through its 50.1% ownership interest.
