Live Nation Entertainment Hires Government Relations Veteran

WASHINGTON D.C. (January 9, 2013) — Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE: LYV) announced today that Becky Relic has been named Senior Vice President of Government Relations. In this position, Relic will oversee federal, state and local government relations for Live Nation.

Previously, Relic served as head of Federal Government Affairs for eBay Inc.’s North America Government Relations operation. eBay, PayPal, StubHub, GSI and x.commerce are all part of the eBay Inc. portfolio. Relic was also formerly the deputy assistant secretary for public liaison at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she was the Department’s liaison to the business, advocacy and financial communities. While at Treasury, Relic received two honor awards for exemplary service.
