LOS ANGELES, March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Imagine Dragons, one of the biggest break-out rock bands of 2012, adds five new shows to their highly anticipated summer tour for a total of 19 dates. They now stop at Bank of America Pavilion in Boston, Massachusetts on July 24th, Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York on July 25th, Woods Amphitheater at Fontanel in Nashville, Tennessee on July 27th,
in Toronto, Ontario on July 29th, and Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica in Cleveland, Ohio on July 30th. The summer tour begins on May 7th in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Time Warner Cable Uptown Amphitheatre. Tickets for the newly announced shows go on sale April 5th on LiveNation.com. , Imagine Dragons will perform their No. 1 single, “Radioactive,” from their gold-certified debut album, Night Visions (KIDinaKORNER/Interscope Records). Imagine Dragons will also premiere a recorded live performance of their song “Radioactive” on Friday, April 5th at 9 AM PT/12 Noon ET on LiveNation.com. The video clip was captured on February 9th during the band’s first headlining tour in their hometown of Las Vegas at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino . The summer tour comes on the heels of their sold out club tour with the band performing in larger theaters and boutique amphitheaters. Imagine Dragons have already sold out the historic Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, two nights at the world-famous Palladium in Los Angeles, as well as shows in San Diego, Salt Lake City and Boise .
