LONDON, Jan. 23, 2017 – Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: LYV) today announced that is has acquired a controlling interest in Cuffe & Taylor, one of the UK’s fastest-growing promoters focused on festivals and promoting artists in novel and non-traditional outdoor venues.
Cuffe & Taylor will continue to be led by Daniel Cuffe and Peter Taylor as joint directors.
