Michael Rapino has served as Live Nation Entertainment’s President and Chief Executive Officer since 2005. Rapino led the transformation of Live Nation into the number one live music brand in the world with operations in more than 40 countries and annual revenue exceeding $10 billion.
Comprised of three market leading divisions – Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, Live Nation Sponsorship – Live Nation annually issues over 500 million tickets, promotes more than 35,000 events, partners with over 1,000 sponsors and manages the careers of 500+ artists. Its ecommerce sites average 80 million unique monthly users.

Joe Berchtold is the President and CFO of Live Nation Entertainment, where he guides the company’s financial strategy, monitors performance, and ensures alignment with operational objectives. Joe’s tenure at Live Nation has been marked by over a decade of sustained growth, expanding the company into 40+ countries, growing fan count, and consistently delivering record financial and operational results. He also continues to lead the company in pursuing strategic initiatives and acquisitions that drive growth in global businesses across concerts, venues, sponsorships, and ticketing. Prior to Live Nation, Joe was a Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Michael G. Rowles was appointed as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Live Nation in March 2006. Prior to joining Live Nation, Michael served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Entravision Communications Corporation, a diverse Spanish-language media company located in Santa Monica, California, since September 2000. Prior to joining Entravision, Michael was a partner in the law firm of Zevnik Horton Guibord McGovern Palmer & Fognani, L.L.P., where he had a general corporate practice with an emphasis in securities and mergers and acquisitions. Michael received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications, with a minor in Business, graduating with honors, from the University of Illinois.

Senior Vice President of Investor Relations
Amy Yong serves as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Live Nation Entertainment, where she has been instrumental in bolstering investor confidence through effective communication of the company’s business strategies since 2021. Prior to this, she held significant roles at Ariel Investments responsible for capital raising, business development and investor relations. With a foundation of 15 years as a sell-side equity analyst, notably a decade at Macquarie in the tech, media, and telecom sectors, Amy has earned recognition from the Institutional Investor as a Rising Star for three years running. Amy graduated from Cornell University and earned a degree in Economics and International Relations.

Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Communications & Social Impact
Kaitlyn Henrich leads Live Nation Entertainment’s corporate affairs, global communications strategy, and also oversees the company’s sustainability and social impact programs. She has worked in the music industry for nearly a decade after prior roles in the tech, media and finance industries.

Dyer
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Liz Dyer is Live Nation Entertainment’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for driving diversity and inclusion, recruiting, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR technology. Liz joined Live Nation in 2016 after seven years at MedAssets, a healthcare performance and revenue improvement company, where she served as the Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management. Prior to MedAssets, Liz started her career as an HR consultant for various healthcare and tech organizations. Liz graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Heidelberg University and earned a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University – California School of Professional Psychology.
